The purpose of Science Days (SD) is to excite the world's youth about Space Exploration and STEAM endeavors. Science Days provides students, educators and their families the opportunity to explore the world of science, and in particular space exploration, for free at our global events.
Understanding Space is one of the best ways to help both young and old appreciate science, and the role it plays in our lives and in understanding our universe.

Science Days Brazil is inspiring the next generation of Space Explorers

The 8th edition of Science Days (SD) will be held in different regions in Brazil to raise awareness of the benefits of STEM/Aviation/Space education and careers worldwide.

Here are just some of the SD 2024 activities:

Activities to highlight STEM's important role in global education and career development.
Engaging activities sharing a bit of everything about STEAM.
Classroom discussions to emphasize how science and technology affect daily life.
Playing and interacting with the best in gaming and digital technology.
Space technology - Guest speakers will demonstrate some of the new space technologies currently being investigated for their potential application to problems and challenges in preparing humanity for our future in space.
Keynote speakers sharing personal and professional experiences about the Space program.
Kids Science Laboratory (in selected cities)
Experts will show how advances in medical technology is being used to save and improve lives
Innovation Science exhibition - Local & International participation
Demo Days in Key local schools on careers in science or scientific innovations.
How to study in the USA - Representatives from leading U.S. universities will explain the process an international student can follow to study in a college and/or university in the U.S. (in selected cities)
STEM workshops (Think Like a Scientist - The Living Cell - Electric Orbs - Mechanics)
The Asteroid Mission Roving Robotics (in selected cities )
Science Days Space Postcards - Kids will have the unique opportunity to illustrate SD's postcards. The postcards will fly to Space aboard Blue Origin's New Sheppard rocket, and then return to earth stamped "Flow in Space". SD team will bring the Space postcards back to Brazil.

IN 2023, SCIENCE DAYS GENERATED MORE THAN ONE MILLION REAIS IN SPONTANEOUS MEDIA COVERAGE IN BRAZIL

Brief overview of Science Days (SD) activities in each location during two consecutive days:

2 day-long International Space and Science Fair - Students will showcase their innovative projects and experiments, interactive stands and displays from the Brazilian Space Agency, European Space Agency BIC (TBC), industry partners (Vaya Space, Maxar Technologies, Orion AST, Infotecs, KSCIA, Rilix, R-Crio Stem Cell, 321GoSpace, HUBIZ, Nitto Japan among other companies), community partners (Rotary Club, City of Sorocaba, City of Jundiai, Two Ninjas Education, Astronaut Buzz Aldrin ShareSpace Foundation, Ramon Foundation in Israel, Florida International Incubator, FACENS, Alpha Lumen, Newton Paiva and The Michaelis Foundation for Global Education.

Hundreds of students from different schools are expected to attend Science Days 2024. Engineering students will run interactive exhibits, activities and will show the public their amazing projects and inventions.
