The purpose of Science Days (SD) is to excite the world's youth about space exploration and STEAM endeavors.

Science Days provides students, educators and their families  the opportunity to explore the world of science, and in particular space exploration, for free at our global events.

Understanding space is one of the best ways to help both young and old appreciate science, and the role it plays in our lives and in understanding our universe.

Special Recognition to our Science Days STEM SPACE EXPERTS

Dr. Alysson Muotri

Director of the Stem Cell Program

Dr. Muotri uses stem cell models to create functional human brain organoids. Brain organoids are used to study neurodevelopment and disease and the evolution of the human brain. More recently, Dr. Muotri is using brain organoids to measure the impact of the space environment on the human brain, with implications for human health on Earth and space travel or interplanetary human colonization.

Dr. Simone Fuchter

PhD Researcher in Systems Engineering

Dr. Fanganiello and his team are currently working to come up with innovative strategies to study stem cells in Space.

We Believe in the Power of Young People

We believe every child has valuable strengths and a true ability to improve the world.  But to do so, they must first understand the huge impact STEAM has in their everyday lives, and then develop STEAM skills and put them to work.  Therefore, it is our vision to be the world’s largest hands-on mobile event exciting the next generation about space & STEAM endeavors.

We hope to empower six million young children across the globe with the motivation to acquire STEAM skills and knowledge that will benefit them for a lifetime.
